PREPARING TO SELL YOUR HOME OR CONDO

Its important to know that selling your property will require a little work in order to secure a smooth process. There are a two main things to know before putting your home on the market. The first is to make sure you have all of your required documents in order. Closings in Mexico can take on average 90 days or longer depending on various factors. This process can be dragged out if the paperwork is not complete and up to date. Before we put your property on the market  I will send a complete list of required documents and help you with everything that is needed in order to be closing ready.

 

The second is to make a great first impression! We want to make sure the buyers can walk in and envision the home as their own. A home with little clutter, neutral tones and little personal items will give them that ability. Most buyers will want a move- in ready property that feels like new. So make sure that honey do list is done! A long list of chores and repairs right when they move in will not be appealing and may be reflected in their offer. We want to make sure the property is as inviting as possible!
